Shipping Policy

We at Mati Ke Laal understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

• All orders are processed within 12 to 24 working hours of the payment being received.
• We will ship out your order within 48 hours of processing.(Monday to Friday)
  
• Our courier partners will deliver your products within 5-7 working days. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances].

Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

• If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item if in stock. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/defect.
• Please do not accept the product if the inner packaging is damaged.
• Please email us at matikelaal@gmail.com along with order ID within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
  

NOTE: Please remember to repack the received goods into a sealed package which can easily be packed up by our delivery partners once you have clicked the pictures

   We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation within 72 working Hrs (Monday to Friday)

If the item delivered is damaged, then only the customer is eligible for raising a refund request. 

   The  amount will be refunded to the original payment mode. NOTE:(For COD orders only the

   base price will be refunded and will be exclusive of COD charges.)

•     It is a customer's responsibility to return us the unused products.
•     Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
•     All products once purchased are not-refundable, unless the good delivered are damaged.
  
•     All Combo orders or Gift items are not eligible for return or exchange.

SOME GOOD TO HAVE PRACTICES

•     As soon as you have received a damaged or wrong product, please email us at matikelaal@gmail.com with in 24 hrs.
  
•     Please mention the order number in your mail.
•     Once you have clicked the pictures and documented the return, please repack the item into the sealed package to keep it safe for pickup.
  

Mati Ke Laal reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The firm will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
